I think this house would make a great ice fishing house – since it has wheels. Think about this the lake could be your yard and catch fish for supper.

I’d live there! I mean, think about it! $10k? With a bit of elbow grease you can save that much in a year, maybe two. Would allow you to live mortgage-free for the rest of your life. With minimal utility costs. Hell, you could work only 2 days a week and STILL be able to live in comfort..

Does anyone know if this is legally considerated as a trailer with a charge or as a caravan?
And if it is officially a trailer, is it legit to carry a charge wider than the trailer itself (notice the house being wider than the trailer)?
I think it’s great. However, am I wrong assuming you can always buy a okay size mobile home with all the basic living needs for less? Have a 400+sq ft arrangement? This is way cuter… but as functional as that kind of option.
Yeah, I know, you would need a permit to park and set one up, but still.
